Borrowing from the ancient wisdom of Zen and Taoist philosophy, meditation and breathwork practices, Sam trains the high performer how to master the inner workings of the mind, body and spirit and live from a place of deep purpose and resolve in every moment of their lives. A Zen practitioner since 1993, Sam was in a car accident caused by a drunk driver in 1999 which left him paraplegic. Determined not to become the victim of his circumstances, Sam dove deeply into inner mastery practices which helped him to transform his trauma and become a successful entrepreneur, loving husband and expert adaptive skier.
